Terms of Use

1. Purpose

SHOOW.APP ("SHOOW") is software as a service (SaaS) that allows businesses to manage manual bookings, communicate with customers and, optionally, collect deposits via payment links. These terms govern access and use of the service.

2. Registration and account

• You must be of legal age and act on behalf of a business or professional activity.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data and for keeping your password confidential.
• Do not share credentials or use the service for unlawful activities.

3. Free plan and fees

SHOOW offers a free plan for booking management. If you enable deposit collection, a fee applies to successfully collected amounts as shown in the dashboard and landing at charge time. Payments are processed through Stripe; SHOOW does not store full card details.

4. Permitted use

The service is designed for manual appointment and booking management. It does not include:

• Table management, real-time capacity, or automated online availability.
• Legal, tax, or medical advice.

You are responsible for the content you enter (customer data, messages, documents) and for complying with laws applicable to your activity, including end-customer data protection.

5. Stripe Connect

To receive payments, you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding. The payment contractual relationship is between your business, Stripe and, where applicable, the end customer. SHOOW provides the technical integration.

6. Availability and changes

We strive to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may modify features, fix errors, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or security.

7. Intellectual property

SHOOW, its brand, software and design are owned by the service owner. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the service under these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SHOOW is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss arising from service use. Total liability is limited to amounts paid to SHOOW in the 12 months prior to the triggering event, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Termination and suspension

You may stop using the service at any time. SHOOW may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or pose a risk to the platform or third parties.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For disputes, the parties submit to the courts that apply under current regulations.
